Tired, Exhausted, Overwhelmed and on the Edge? Hang tight, Jesus will meet you there!

Hope you all have enjoyed a nice relaxing Saturday!  A friend of mine sent me these two images that are, at the least, breathtakingly beautiful! (I am not even sure that "breathtakingly" is even a word), but I thought it describes the images beautifully!

With the last image shown, I wonder how many people can relate?  I am sure the number of people would be quite elevated in the world today.   I can personally relate, for many times I have felt exhausted, depleted- physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is times like this I feel often on the edge of crashing and think "I just can't make it another day Jesus".  And then I
feel the arms of my Savior, Jesus Christ around me, holding me up to keep me from falling as I hear those promising words-

Ask for God's Wisdom & Knowledge

Well it has been several busy days since my last post.  This week
has been busy and several days the devil wanted to try and get in the way of doing God's work, but I was and am prepared!
Always remember, "For every Goliath, God holds the stone"!
And when you are doing God's will, He will open doors and make ways
for the impossible to be possible!
Anytime the devil comes to knock on your door, send Jesus to answer it! See the devil know his days are numbered and he knows the end of the story and what his future holds so he tries to ramp up the chaos and cause a path of destruction for whomever he can. He knows he cannot take our salvation when we are children of God, but he can try to steal our joy.  Ask God for wisdom, knowledge and discernment in any situation in which you are unsure, and God will reveal to you what you need to know at the right time.
God is our Father and just like an earthly father wants his children to come to him for help, advice and knowledge, God wants the same from us also. I have seen many folks, I included, wanted God to give them wisdom immediately and not wait for when it was the correct time, which is God's time and then they often rush in and make a quick decision themselves without waiting for God to reveal to them what they needed to know. When we take matters into our own hands, we make a huge mess!  Then we run back to God and ask forgiveness and ask Him to help fix our mess!
So the next time the devil gets in your path tell him He has to get through God to get to you!  Don't give in and think you don't have time to wait on God and try to handle your issues on your own. Just take a step back, take a deep breath and pray for God's protection, discernment and wisdom and then BE STILL AND KNOW THAT HE IS GOD and you will be given knowledge and understanding beyond compare!

Since I work with alot of patients on a daily basis, I found this picture
and had to share. For many times patients may say that I helped them and that I helped them get their health back and I let them know that it is not I, but the Lord Jesus working through me and using me as a conduit to help them and He IS THE HEALER AND MASTER PHYSICIAN!

Be Blessed!

What a fabulous sunrise God painted for us this morning!
Let your "Light" shine today!

Peace, Love & Blessings-

What Does The Future Hold?

Change, Security, Assurance......... If you knew what the future would hold for you would you try to change things now? Would you have security and assurance that "all is well within my soul"?  You know, it is often the unknown that worries us.  Questions such as "What happens if one of us get sick without insurance?" What happens if I get laid off in my employment?"
"What would we do if we were hit by a huge unexpected bill and couldn't pay it?"
None of us like change and insecurity. It takes us out of our comfort zone and leaves us there to either "deal or not deal". As we know in this world there are many unknowns. Even though we cannot control our cicumstances in various situations, we can control how we react to them.
Think about at any given time how many people may be watching you and looking up to you to lead by example? Our children? Coworkers? Friends?

Luke 12(KJV)

22And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
23The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
24Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
25And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
26If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
27Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
28If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
29And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
30For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
31But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
32Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

In God's Word He speaks of worry.  These verses are our reassurance that even in unstable times, when we don't know what lies down the road ahead, we can still be secure, stable and unchanged!  We may not know what the future holds, but we know WHO holds the future!

Think on these verses today as you go about your day and
Be Blessed!

Post made on July 12, 2011- God's Presence!

Today was another confirmation! Was providing a reflexology session to a client (pt) and I always pray before doing any laying on of hands that God will use me as a conduit for His healing. About halfway through the session, I got "Holy Ghost Bumps", which I feel when the Lord speaks to me strongly, the Lord placed on my mind and heart to tell this person what a wonderful inspiration the person is and that the person needed to tell their life experience in written form as an a book or novel. The person looked up at me and was shocked! The person had a dream last night that God was telling this person to write a book and the person said that they asked God this morning for a confirmation about the instructions received in the dream last night. Then when I told this person what God placed on my heart to say, this person got cold chills and started crying for they received the answer to their prayer. The person then stared above my head and said "there is an image of an Angel" over me kinda hovering over me as I was doing the session. I told this person that is the confirmation they needed about what God wanted this person to do! Then as I finished the session, walked out of the room, the song "Angel" by Sara McL. Was playing on the radio in the clinic, and as I went to go back in the room to walk the person to the front they saw something on the floor near the massage table. It was a beautiful white feather!! All while the song played and this person said this is a "God-Thing" and "this place is annointed" !!

Can you have empty nest syndrome when the nest is not empty yet?

Yesterday as all the guys were gone off working and as I was left to run a few errands, clean around the farm, pool and do laundry, I realized that with even so many things to do around here, you can still feel lonely. As I have watched my boys grow up and become independent young men, there are many days I feel so alone when they go off to do their own work, hobbies, etc. Their dad often very busy with the business and the boys work with him so many times I find myself all aone and not fitting in to much of their conversations since they discuss work alot. How I miss the days when the boys wanted to never be away from their mom, even clinging to my leg if I even left them with their dad to go to the grocery store.
I hear all about the empty nest syndrome and it made me ponder- Do moms start feeling the empty nest syndrome before the nest is empty?
As in other words, do they feel alone? Lonely and wanting for their family to just come pull up a chair and ask them for advice, talk about their day, their plans, etc. I understand how menfolk often are not detailed oriented and don't get enthusiastic as women folk do about their day, accomplishments, disappointments, etc. But sometime you just need someone to talk to that will listen and accept you for the detailed person you are.  Today is one of those days that I longed to have someone to talk to, who will listen and not ignore you.
After doing numerous rounds of laundry, putting clean sheets on the beds, scrubbing showers and comodes, I realized that even though I was lonely in this big ole farmhouse, I am really not alone at all.
As I finished all the housework, I went out to give the horses a treat and came back and sat on the front porch in the old wooden white rocker as I pondered more in depth about the issue of lonliness and being lonely.  For many times we may FEEL lonely and think we are all alone, BUT we are NOT alone.  For God's Word tell us this-
Deuteronomy 31:8
King James Version (KJV)

8And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

John 14:27 (KJV)

27Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

-for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

As God reminded me of His words, I had an overwhelming peace and security that I am NEVER alone and will always have the Lord by my side every second of the day.  His words "Be Still and Know that I am God" were spoken to me and if we are too busy and never have time alone, then how can we clearly hear God if we are not still?  God used this opportunity today in my "lonely day" to remind me that it is when we are alone that God speaks to us, "if" we just listen. Well, I do love having all my fellows at home, but I know that no matter if they are gone 12 hrs. or 3 days, that God and I have quite a good time on the front porch sitting in the rocker and HE LOVES TO LISTEN!

Heading to the porch................ttyl for now! Be Blessed!
